Learning issues (excluding primarily emotionalydriven) can be addressed after the initial three survival systems have been addressed, if appropriate, upper brain function or language processing can be examined.

There is a commonality of  gait issues/vestibulo-ocular dysfunction previously discussed with scoliosis that is also present in the neurological component of language processing.
